Regardless of your tastes, you’re sure to find something in today’s blog. As an added bonus, if you’ve been looking for new grilling ideas for an entire dinner party, you could make each of these dishes one after the other to cover appetizers, a main course, and dessert. It doesn’t get much better than that! Without further ado, let’s see what’s on the menu.

3 Easy Grilling Ideas You’re Sure to Love

Mini Pineapple Pizzas

The first recipe we’d like to share comes from Cooking Light. They note that “this easy recipe comes together in 20 minutes and is very kid-friendly.” Their recipe uses the broiler of an oven, but you could just as easily do this on the grill in your backyard when you cook over high heat with the lid closed.

The toppings they have suggested include Canadian bacon, red onion, black olives, and mozzarella cheese, but you could easily switch things up in any way that makes sense to you in order to best suit your needs. If you made a large batch of these, it could easily serve as your entire meal, but you could also adapt the quantity to serve as the appetizer for your dinner party because these are the perfect finger foods.

Shredded Grilled Tilapia Tacos

This amazing recipe for fish tacos also comes from Cooking Light and all it takes is a few ingredients and about 15 minutes for the entire thing to come together. They’ve also included recipes for their sweet and spicy slaw and a fruity black bean salsa, but if you’re looking to make things incredibly easy, you could certainly make do with store bought slaw and a can of black beans mixed with your favorite salsa.

Either way, the end result is a flavorful taco that’s sure to be a hit with anyone who tries it. As we mentioned above, this is great as a stand alone meal or as the main course in a three-course grilled dinner if you have guests over. If you’re attempting the latter, you’ll be pleased to know that the spiciness and the tart lime from this dish go perfectly after the sweet pineapple of the appetizer.

Grilled Bananas with Sauce

Our last recipe is from Food Network and comes from the mind of the always creative Bobby Flay. When you need a little treat for yourself, it doesn’t get much easier than this! All you need to do is grill unpeeled bananas between 5 and 10 minutes depending on the temperature of your grill, then top them with sweetened condensed milk and a sprinkle or two of cinnamon on top.

One reviewer suggests that those who try this recipe “substitute ice cream for the milk and caramel sauce for the cinnamon.” That sounds like quite the idea to us and we’re sure it would take an already great grilling idea to a whole new level. If you’re looking for easy grilling ideas, it really doesn’t get much simpler than this one.
