Grilled Jambalaya
Grab yourself a pound of sausage, an onion, a bell pepper, some garlic, and a pound of thawed shrimp. This one is easy. Slice the sausage into thin pieces. Combine all of the ingredients above in aluminum foil packets. Make one packet per serving you intend to make, combining your ingredients in a bowl and spooning into packets. Cook over medium high heat until everything is cooked through (10-20 minutes depending on your grill).
In the meantime, cook a few cups of rice using chicken broth for extra flavor.
Serve jambalaya packets over cooked rice with parsley for garnish and enjoy!
Grilled Sliders
For this recipe, grab lean ground beef, mini burger buns, worcestershire sauce, and a small onion. Dice onion into small pieces. Combine beef with other ingredients and add salt and pepper to your preference. Shape mixture to size and grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side.
Lightly butter your mini buns and lay on the grill for about a minute and a half per side.
Garnish with cheese, dipping sauces, or anything else you love and serve immediately with a caesar salad on the side.
Grilled Brats and Zucchini
This one is as simple as it gets. Grab yourself a pack of bratwursts (and buns) and a zucchini or two and you’re all set!
When you get home, throw the brats on the grill over high heat, turning frequently. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until done. Butter your buns, then add them to the grill until they’re golden brown.
For your zucchini, simply cut thin slices and combine with olive oil, salt, and pepper in an aluminum foil packet. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until done. Serve immediately.
