The Best Place to Buy a Propane Tank is Anywhere That Sells Mighty Flame

You have the best propane, so let’s start making the best steak.

As you might imagine, when it comes to steak, the end result will only be as good as the type of steak you get. A pre-packaged steak might do in a pinch, but if you can, you’ll want to speak to the butcher at your local grocery store’s meat counter (or better yet, find the nearest butcher and make yourself a new friend). Trust us when we say that letting the butcher know what you’re after will go a long way towards a steak that’s sure to leave you with happy tastebuds.

Once you get your steak home, let it come to room temperature for 15 or 20 minutes, then season it liberally with salt and pepper. Don’t forget, of course, that there are a number of other steak seasonings out there so if you find one that suits your fancy, go ahead and sprinkle it on. Other great additions before you ever start grilling are chili powder, cumin, or onion powder if those suit you.

Bring your grill up to cooking heat before your steak every hits the grate and you’ll be in good shape. From there, simply place your steak and then don’t move it until it’s time for the flip. Continue to cook until you reach your desired level of done-ness, but keep in mind that the steak will continue cooking even after you remove it from the grill, so don’t worry about undercooking your steak, because chances are it will work out just fine.

From there, simply let it rest for a few minutes so the juices distribute evenly and you’re ready to go. We also prefer to serve our steak with a pad (or two) of butter on top for some extra flavor. Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
